Never use this company, Contempa is far from what they preach on their website. "We continue the traditions of building satisfying, long-term relationships with our customers and suppliers ... and, of course, living up to our reputation!" They don't do any of this. Contempa didn't put underlay under my carpet took them two different attempts to fix it and make the seal look good. I have found another spot in my master bedroom that doesn't have underlay, but I'm scared to get them to fix it as I don't know what the outcome will look like. My hardwood floor has gaps in it big enough that rice falls in, there are boards that are chipped all throughout the floor. The Owner Grant is far from a good owner. He doesn't care at all about the customer. We have emailed him as well as called him and he promises that he will call back and we get no responses. We are sitting in limbo wondering what is going on. He keeps pointing the finger at everyone but them. They told us that they were going to come an repair the hardwood in fact they even dropped the hardwood off which has been sitting in my kitchen. We have had four different people in our house from their company to come and inspect it and they all say should be replaced. Our builder and the warranty department there have been trying everything to get this fixed and replaced and they aren't getting any answers either. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
