Excellence work performed by Reliance Home Comfort. Morgan, Tim and Chris removed our condemned furnace and replaced it complete with a new AC. The work was very professional and the work area was spotless upon completion. They tested the equipment and explained how everything works. I was very pleased with the WiFi thermostat

Purchased Carrier Furnace . Eventually it failed. Contacted a local contractor to fix the problem. They notified me that the installation was all wrong. It was pointed out in the installation manual.The cold air return was at the wrong end of the furnace and water was collecting in the secondary heat exchanger. I called in Sears they agreed to reinstall the furnace. I handed the installer the installtion manual. Three days ago the furnace failed again. Called in a third party contractor. The reinstallation was again done wrong, the heat exchanger was filled with water. The Sears installer did not ensure that the pump he added on the second installation Wasn't taking all the condensation because he did not compensate for the floor angle. This resulted in a high CO from the furnace and the furnace being condemned.

Morgan, Chris and Tim Reliance Home Comfort in Ottawa removed our old equipment and replaced it the same day. The work was very professional and well done. All the equipment was fully operational and I really liked the Wi Fi control of the AC and Furnace on my Smart Phone. The work site was returned to a clean condition and all the waste was removed. It was a job well done
