Turnbull did an outstanding job installing our new roof. Starting out they came with a drone to provide a free quote and even recommended waiting to replace the roof because it had some life left in it. They communicated very well (I worked with Darryl who is fantastic!). Very professional and patient with all my questions. The crew was quick, polite, and thorough. Highly recommended!!

We had used Toronto Pro Moving and Storage for our first move and were so impressed with the pricing and service that we ended up moving our closing date on our most recent move just so that we could use them again. I referred this company to a friend and they had already received personal referral from another person on them as well.

The technician showed up on time and completed the job quickly and cleanly. Very professional and took the time to walk me through the operation of the fireplace (this is my first time owning a wood burning fireplace). Very pleased with the work completed and staff. UPDATE: Magic Touch came back today to replace my top tile which was in rough shape. They had to send two techs as my chimney is in the corner of the roof and there isn't a safe way to access it from the roof. After spending 35 minutes trying to find a safe approach they informed me they could not complete the job because there was not enough room for the ladder to reach from the ground to the top of the chimney at a safe enough angle to work or bring tools up the ladder. The amount of time they took coupled with not charging me for the time (as they shouldn't) is a great representation of this company. Very thorough and not just out for a cash grab. I will continue to use Magic Touch for all services they can provide.

Robert quoted me over email, which is always my preferred method of communication. He made everything easy and simple. I happened to be home while he was completing the installation so I observed some of the job and his attention to detail is incredible. I was debating installing a safety fence myself, but Robert's experience and quality of work make the added fees of installation well worth it. Very pleased. Robert assured me that if I had any questions to not hesitate to reach out to him.

Marian and his team arrived 15 minutes early and ready to work. They were very quick and cautious with our items. Highly recommended as they offer extremely competitive pricing. Would definitely use them again.
