Hired this company to trim a tree in my backyard. Told them that somebody needed to be home to let them in through the gate and to make sure they didn't cut certain branches. They didn't show up when they were supposed to, climbed over my gate and then proceeded to start removing the tree. If not for my neighbor they would have cut down the tree. They never came back to finish the job because they didn't actually trim the tree, just started cutting it. Totally unprofessional company, avoid at all costs
