Niall and his whole talented team were phenomenal to work with. Niall was exacting and precise in the project scope, details, and timelines. He and his team worked quickly, efficiently, and to a top-most quality. When we bumped into a major structural challenge on day 2, Niall was clear, direct, and creative without compromising safety, building code, nor my own client needs. As a solo female living in a major city, one of the things I really valued was that never once did I feel concerned about any of the people on the renovation team. Further, Niall was above-board and treated me with respect. Working with Niall, I learned he will not cut corners, mince words, or compromise on quality. I valued his no-BS approach to my project; it ensured that it was completed (including the unexpected extra project) before the deadline and within budget.

Basement Flood. DanMac came in, diagnosed the issue, dug out the offending pipe and replaced it without disturbing my garden. They installed a back flow valve, a sump pump and totally replaced my drains in the basement. Professional, timely, and willing to talk me through my questions. Totally awesome.

There was a flood. Then Mud Monkeys came in and guided me through what was a terrifying and important renovation. They worked beautifully in tandem with the plumbers and an engineer to tear out and dig out the basement, replace the structural columns, install Delta Membrane, pour a beautiful new floor, and even made sure that the floor under the furnace was replaced. Every step of the way, I felt supported. No question was too small or too silly to ask. I really trust my home with them.

Galaxy did the installation quickly, kindly (accommodating an indoor cat), cleanly, quietly and professionally. They were competitively priced, honest, easy to deal with. It's so warm, bright and quiet now!
