It was a pleasure to deal with Manny! I needed new gutters and downspouts on two units of a three storey town house, and he responded quickly to my inquiry. The old installation was ugly, undersized and badly designed. He was helpful and patient with the colour choice, and was able to come up with a creative solution to make the front of the house look much better. The work was done quickly, the job site left tidy and Manny and his crew are friendly and personable.I highly recommend Multi-Service Aluminum.

We redesigned and renovated a 1956 bungalow from top to bottom. The scope of work included removing walls, replacing and adding windows, new roofing, new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, flooring, 3 new bathrooms and a custom kitchen. Chad Attard was highly recommended by two friends as well as our architect, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. Chad's crew (James, Kyle and Lucas) were pleasant, efficient and conscientious, and the work was completed to a very high standard. We would certainly recommend Chad and Attard Construction!

Steve replied promptly when I contacted him about a post renovation window cleaning inside and out. He arrived on time, did a very thorough job and was a pleasure to have in my home.
