Enzo of Clear Tech Roofing was contacted after we noticed 2 leaks in our 4th floor ceiling! He was available within 24hr which we appreciated. After inspecting the roof, he showed us photos of our roof and explained what the problem was with a doable, temporary solution and a solid plan for the spring for a permanent solution. Enzo was kind, professional, knowledgeable and his communication was clear, concise & considerate. It was a pleasure having him work on our home. We trust the work that Enzo did and he's someone we know we can rely on in the future. For that we are grateful!

We had a definite look we were going for in finally putting rails on the front porch of our heritage home. With a specific budget in mind, Iryna was able to help us choose the perfect look for the house. From the meaurements taken, to the design selection & installation, to the instructions for maintenance and upkeep, it was a smooth process from start to finish. Ours was a complicated move, all in the middle of the pandemic. With short-notice in Fall 2020, we needed 1/2 of the contents of our old house moved into storage so we could do a renovation and staging for the house to go on the market. Then the rest of the contents of the house needed to be moved in mid-January 2021, held on the truck in a safe and secure manner, merged with the boxes & furniture in storage from October, and all unloaded 2 days later after closing on the new house. Bryan and his team at Crawford Moving Solutions (previously Brighton Elite Moving) was there EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, from secure storage, to loading and unloading! The move could not have gone any smoother!!! To this day, we are so appreciative of Bryan's responsiveness, the care taken with our belongings, and the stamina & strength of the Crawford team (56 stairs in the knew house}. Bryan is thorough & organized and the Crawford team got the job done! While moving is usually a challenging time, we had peace of mind as we had total confidence in Bryan and the team. We cannot recommend Crawford Moving Solutions enough!!!

Mark and the entire crew at Coverall Roofing did an exceptional job replacing our 20+ year old flat roof at a fair price. They explained the process, kept the area around the house neat and tidy and made sure everything was done to the highest standards to preserve the integrity of our home AND look great from the curb. And the 10 year warranty gives us piece of mind. Top notch company! We couldn't be happier!

Our Kichen sink had been leaking on and off for years. Each plumber that came out did a temporary fix but always commented on what a bad installation it was. With this latest, worsening leak, we called Dima Plumbing and so glad we did! They did a total overhaul of the plumbing from the sinkdrains to everything below. Works great, looks good and we are so confident in the work that was done! Thanks DIMA PLUMBING!

Last summer, we saw the work that Matthew, owner of Bluestone Project, had done at our neighbour's a few doors down and we were sold. It was a choice we haven't regretted. Matthew and his crew took on grading our yard with a knowledgeable, well-thoughout plan. He had great design sense and listened to our suggestions, explaining every part of the process. He was detailed and thoughtful in his work, even discovering that the outside wall we thought had been properly waterproofed 5 years earlier, had no membrane. What a lifesaver as we were placing a composite deck at that site and he saved us from a potential headache down the road. The grading and pavers held up beautifully over the winter and the water drained away from the house just as we hoped it would. And after the new fences and deck were installed this late spring by another company, Matthew came back to reinstall several pavers that the fence/deck people didn't replace properly. He also added some Mexican pebbles to the border as the finishing touch-looks awesome! Matthew drove away today, leaving our family VERY happy with our new backyard! And I'm pleased to say he'll be back later this summer to do our neighbour's yard up the street from us. I'm thrilled for them! Cy and his Company were visiting a neighbour 2 doors down regarding replacing her furnace and adding central air. Upon my request, Cy stopped by shortly thereafter and within minutes I was impressed with his observations and recommendations for replacing our central air and a furnace fresh air intake upgrading. Our installation date was set in such a timely fashion! Our old central air unit was changed out expertly. It looks great and the technicians were so thorough and conscientious-what work ethic! My neighbour was equally impressed as they got ALL her work done the same day. Spring Home Heating and Cooling Systems Inc. restored my faith in contractors! Bravo!
