This company came back to my house on several occasions to tackle very stubborn pets stains that would not come out of my carpet. They took on the challenge without telling me that my expectations were a bit on the high side ( and I believe they were ) . The results certainly weren't perfect however the effort was tremendous. Moe was very courteous and thorough in answering all my question during my initial phone call and was always very prompt in returning my phone calls/emails. We are very satisfied with the work provided by Nima and crew and would not hesitate to recommend them. We hope to use them again in the very near future to have potlights installed in our kitchen.
