Doesn't stand behind thier work! I agree with the previous poster, beware if you have any issues! They won't fix it or even bother to come by after many calls. At first I thought they were great but shortly after, a couple issues arose and I can't even get Bobby, the owner, to come by and assess let alone to fix them. Its extremely poor customer service and very unprofessional to ignore your customers as soon as there is any issues, take a look, fix them, stand behind your work!! They sure are quick to take your money but zero warranty or customer service if there's any problems, they'll leave you high and dry!

Fantastic! Had a New roof installed with 3 new skylights put in and new Gutters. It's hard to find contractors/companies that actually do a professional job, on time, using above par materials, and good workmanship! I work with a lot of contractors and am used to the problems/issues that arise with major renos so when my roofing and gutter installation went so smothly, quickly, and with no issues, wow, it's a VERY pleasant surprise! I researched MANY companies and got numerous quotes for our project, I investigated the different materials each company offered and found that ADANAC not only used one of the better roofing shingles but also used a higher quality underlay than the other companies as thier standard practice. GREAT ROOF GREAT QUALITY GREAT JOB. Professional crew, on time, respectful, knowledgable. My neighbour just had his roof done and let me tell you how happy I was I had ADANAC. He used a different company, overpaid huge, they didn't take off his old shingles just laid over them, smoking, blaring music, showing up late, leaving late, it's a joke. They've been "installing" his new roof for two weeks now! ADANAC had mine done in three days :)!!!!!! I don't think I can express anymore clearly how impressed I was with my Roof instal!

Van Geen Flooring....Run away! Poor quality, doesn't stand behind thier installations, leaves you hanging and avoids your phone calls! won't come back to repair mistakes, had to hire a different company to correct the mistakes and repair the floor they installed. Used this company to instal my Laminate flooring for my whole Condo and also used thier services for a bunch of tile work in the Bathroom and Kitchen. They sent a completely different company to do the install, the sub contractor screwed up the flooring, did a very poor install, didn't put underlay in properly, left debris under the flooring causing it to split and buckle after, and then had the nerve to take all my left over flooring and materials! Had to make them bring it back. The Tiler didn't show up half the time, screwed up details for tiling costing more $ in tile that had to be redone, threw out faucet pieces from plumbing during tilting and had to buy new fixtures, a three day job took over 10 days! Called them back about the floor splitting apart due to debris left under the Laminate, they faked an appointment with me saying it would be fixed by the end of the week then No Showed and never returned my calls again. Had to call in a different company to fix thier mistakes, turned out to be a simple glob of dried drywall putty they didn't bother sweeping the floor before putting down the Laminate and it caused the seams to push up and crack. Run, run far away and don't ever use them! A company who won't stand behind thier work, gives you the run around and plays "catch me if you can" for warranty work is a company who gives good contractors a BAD NAME!
