After careful and patient discussions, the homeowners decided to completely remove the old house for resale, and then to build brand new on the same lot, but expanded in floor space. The contractor was involved in every stage of construction, ensuring that we got first grade materials and sub-trades. He ensured the site was secure and always cleaned up at end of day. We felt that we were in control and consulted throughout the process. The result was a home that is solid, attractive, warm to live in, very modern in all features, finished to A-1 quality and one that will be part of us for decades to come.
