It was time to get our homes ducts cleaned and found DavesDucts with many positive reviews. From the first interaction of requesting a quote/availability to the booking process to the end result it was truly a great experience. On the day of our appointment, Mark from DavesDucts called to ask if he could come a little earlier than expected. Always a plus when that happens. He listened, answered my questions. Informed me that he will inspect the ducts first to ensure they actually do need cleaning before he begins. Was respectful, safe, professional and truly nice. After he finished, he showed us the before and after pictures. Overall a great experience. You can't go wrong with DavesDucts.

On one of the coldest days all winter, my torsion spring broke while I was attempting to open my garage. As I was trying to find someone local to get a quote, Avi popped up on Homestars highly recommended. I called him and he was on his way to another job. He gave me a rough quote over the phone and an approximate time he would could come. He called once again to ensure the timing was still convenient for me. Once he came, he took a look, recommended to not also replace the spring, but I should also replace the brackets that hold the rod and the rollers for my door. I also have a low ceiling which makes it a challenge. Once he finished the job, he called me out to show me the old parts, and he was right in the recommendations he made. He also showed me how, when and where I should spray garage door lube for preventative maintenance. All in all he was excellent. A true professional, who was quick, knowledgeable, polite, and communicative. Highly recommend him and his services.

Jeff and Andrew arrived right on time. They called before arriving. Gave a quote after reviewing what I asked to be done. They were respectful, professional, kind, and accommodating. Quick and efficient, very happy with the service. Highly recommend them.

The trees existed in a flower box, ever since we purchased the house, and were too close to the house. We contacted Tom, and he came by and was professional and accommodating. Because of a gas line near by, him, Anna and Ethan axed the stumps out as well. They did a fantastic job. Left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend their services. It was time to replace our front door, patio door and three windows in our house. The original owners had replaced the front facing windows just prior to us purchasing, so they did not need to be replaced. A friend of ours had used Casa Bella the prior year and invited us over to view their windows. They were nice, but to me a window is a window. It is in the install that there is a difference. We received two other quotes, and both those sales men focused on the window product itself. Al Smith, the salesman from Casa Bella, did explain the windows and doors in detail, but also focused on the install itself. I did a bit of research online myself, and my assumptions were right. Most windows from reputable companies are made well and are energy efficient, but if the install is terrible, then you run the risk of water entering the home, wind leakage, etc... and that totaly defeats the quality of the window. The install crew that arrived from Casa Bella were one of the best I have ever had. They were professional, curtious, personable and hard working. German (forgive me if that is not the correct spelling of your name) and the other two (there names escape me at the moment) did a beautiful job. They communicated intentions if there was a choice during the install, and explained the complete install at the end. German had great difficulty installing our new lock set, he spent over an hour trying to make it work. In the end it turned out to be a defective lockset, and after having it exchanged, he installed it in minutes. My appreciation for him trying to make the first one work, and letting me know that there was an issue. I am very satisfied with the complete process, and wish other companies I interacted with where as good as them. Bottom line, very pleased we chose them.
