Gas Dryer would power on but drying cycle would not begin. Found Sonu using a Google Search. He quickly replied to my message and gave an approximate time that he would be able to come and inspect the dryer. He was on time, polite and courteous - oh, and most importantly, fixed the issue and fully explained the problem that had occurred. Dryer is working great and I will recommend Sonu to any and everyone! Thanks! Rich & Jenn.
