I had a HORRIBLE experience in this place. I was mislead, and my issue was never fixed. All in all, the only person in this place who seems to know what he's doing is Jason, so props to him. The rest have no clue what they're doing and are lazy and will mislead you about their work; I will explain why: To begin with, I brought my rig for a diagnostics thinking I had a broken power supply, since my system would get constant Blue Screens as well as improper booting schemes. I asked what the diagnostics included, and they said a full check up on my components, as well as an assurance of whether or not any of my components were faulty, including an extensive power supply test, along with a bunch of stress testing to make sure everything was working properly. I agreed to pay the diagnostics and left my system here. The next day, I received a phone call and was told that my rig was ready for pick up, and that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and that the system was perfectly fine, so I went to pick it up that same day. Once I arrived and paid for the diagnostics and "repair" fees(a total of 70$), I asked the tech person(forgot his name unfortunately), whether they had tested the power supply or not. Expecting a professional service, as they promise, I figured they'd use a multimeter to test my power supply. His response was something along the lines of "Oh yes we did test it, it's been running all night without a problem." So I proceeded and asked whether they used a multimeter or not and he said no. Either way, I was baffled and thought that maybe, just maybe, they could be right, so I took my rig back home. I plugged it in as per usual and it failed yet again, on the first booting sequence coming back right from the repair shop. After a few tries I was able to boot it up into the operating system. I was told that the machine was left up running stress tests all night, and that upon coming back to the shop they had checked it and nothing was wrong with it. Blatant BS! I checked the log files for the stress tests and they were only ran for 10~15 minutes each, a total of 4 tests. This means the machine was only stress tested for 40~60 minutes, maximum, not the whole night. When I called back and asked about this, they said they performed other tests too. However, no other stress testers were installed on the rig. Why would they uninstall the other software yet leave the one with the logs there? It made no sense unless it was a misleading piece of information. They ended up telling me to bring the system yet again for a follow up, at no cost, thankfully. I managed to figure out that my blue screens and my sudden power offs were due to having multiple displays before bringing it back again. Anyways, I brought the rig back and told them to stress test it again. Yet again, I received a phone call 2 days later, this time telling me the way my CPU was connected to the power supply was wrong(which also made no sense considering the rig had been like that for years without having prior issues) and that it had been correctly set up and that the system was ready to go. This phone call was during the morning time, and I wasn't going to be able to come pick up the rig until the early evening, so I made it very clear for them to stress test the rig again for as long as they could and to plug in multiple displays through HDMI, since I had forgotten to mention this prior to leaving it for the follow up. By the evening time, I came to the shop to pick up my rig. I asked the same person who received it the first time, whether they had tested the two displays. He said yes and said he tested it all morning and had "just unplugged the second one", although it was evident that he hadn't. There was no multiple HDMI cables near him nor my rig. The rig was plugged into a single display, yet he said he had tested two. Either way, I believed his misleading information yet again, and proceeded to take my rig home. When I got home, the same exact thing happened again. I couldn't boot with 2 displays connected. As predicted, I went in and checked the logs for the stress tests and they had only ran them for under 7 minutes each, yet he said they tested them for the entire morning/afternoon. Of course I was quite upset at their wrongful information and incompetence, considering the diagnostics test should've reassured me as to whether I had a component failure and if so, which component was causing the failure. So I called and the person who picked up the phone said he had no idea since he had not been the one checking my system, and promised to get the actual tech person to call me. I waited for two days and he never called. I called back and still he wasn't present and still didn't return the call. In the end, I ended up spending about 100$ for nothing. 70$ for the "diagnostics" and repair, plus 30$ on taxi fare since I had no vehicle to bring the rig back, TWICE! My issue ended up being a faulty MoBo. If you have a serious issue, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! It will just cost you more!
