The model that he recommended is a fan powered model and he recommended it due to the fact that my house is large (4000 sq. ft.) and only the fan powered model will actually make any difference. He arrived promptly on the install day. The installation was done on time. He explained everything in detail and went over the operation of the unit. He answered all my questions patiently.
