while a dead gas ignitor was the reason for the call, Evgeny uncovered a worse problem...the gas stove that we have used since we moved in ~15 years ago had NOT BEEN CORRECTLY INSTALLED ! Shoddy work which those people had to know was against code . Thank you for fixing it !

Our Frigidaire gas oven stopped working when the grease from a steak i was broiling flamed . There was an ERR message and consistent beeping even after the oven had cooled . None of the buttons on the console worked. I contacted Homestars and 911 Appliance Repair Services was the only one who responded . After speaking to Evgeny , he recommended that I first switch the breaker off for at least an hour after which I should contact him again . VOILA It worked .... and he didn't charge me for the consult ! Very impressed ! Thank you Evgeny

a vent cover had broken off on the side of the house and pigeons decided to make their home inside . Though i initially felt guilty about evicting them , they were so dirty that i quickly got over that sentiment . Jose cleaned out the filthy mess and secured the vent and other possible nesting areas. He bought all the supplies and took care of everything . i am very happy with the result . thank you ! and so far no dive-bombing pigeons to report !
