We are retirees and need a contractor we can trust to know the business. Jako and his team were on time, respectful of our space and belongings, and professional in their work. Jako himself messaged me to notify who was coming and when each day. He managed his team with clear instructions for the tasks we had requested, and then returned at end of day to check details completed satisfactorily. We were impressed to discover he never hesistate to repair or replace any error or mishap without question. He offered suggestions that improved the job while taking into consideration our needs and wishes, and staying in the budget. We will hire Jako again!

Owen and his assistants did a great job. Thank you. Our shower was only 8 years old but we couldn't keep up with the mold. Renovators told us the entire bathroom would need replacing at a cost of tens of thousands. Owen knows his work and his team were well qualified too.
