I hired Allkyn Kitchens in Sept., 2015 to renovate my kitchen and chose Miralis cabinets and Cambria countertops. I specifically wanted Magic Corner due to severe back problem & limited bending ability. When cabinets were installed I noticed that Farouk had changed the size of the cabinets, made doors too small for Magic Corner without my knowledge. He had installed LeManse which I had to bend and pull out & was useless. The microwave space was uneven and too tight, cutting in sink base cabinets were huge and irregular. He installed poor quality Castle Bay sink & faucet. Sink was stained, had several scratches & faucet was dented. His installer damaged new kitchen floor & part of dinning room extensively. Farouk failed to do correct measurements, discuss the changes, supervise installation of cabinets, countertop, failed to inspect sink & faucet, he told me they are made at same factory as Blanco. Farouk also failed to provide a receipt for payment which would cover warranty for cabinets, countertop, sink & faucet. When I asked Farouk to take care of deficiencies & floor damages, he took off & not responding to my calls & emails. He has made me to file a lawsuit against Allkyn Kitchens & him with small claims court.

We are in full disagreement with regards to the allegations made by Shirin and have all relevant evidence to that fact. The allegations are false and do not have anything to do with the work completed by Allkyn Kitchens. We are currently pursuing this further in small claims court and we will respond in detail pending its outcome. **We are pleased to inform that Allkyn Kitchens was successful in winning the court case described above. The judge ruled in our favour upon hearing both the claimant and defendant, and came to the conclusion that the claimant had no basis for her case. The judge further indicated that Allkyn kitchens had been fair and honest in the way we approached the client, and took steps that were "above and beyond" than what was required by Allkyn Kitchens. We are pleased that the court ruled in our favour as Allkyn Kitchens prides itself on customer service, and also takes pride in the work we do and the way we conduct ourselves and our business.

Bought a grab bar for my tub under condition to show it to my therapist and if not suitable to return it. The following week I returned to the store to return the product. The woman at the cash refused to do it since she was not the one who did the sales transaction and referred me to one of the salesman. This guy was so rude threw my credit card and the receipt to sign at me. I asked him if he treat all customers that way, he responded that he just wanted to be fast. I have never seen so many unfriendly and rude sales persons any where. I would never go back and not recommend them to anyone.

I hired Jimmy to make & install a custom made sliding glass door for my bath tub. He made site visit and measurement which was 64 inches. I pointed to him that my tub was shallow 16 inch height. The day he brought the glass door to install I noticed the height was only 59. He convinced me that would be ok and he would be back if any problem. He asked for $880 cash and refused to provide a receipt. The door is leaking from top & bottom, door slides back during shower. Contacted him by email, phone several times with no result. He says he would fix it but never shows up. I lost $880 by trusting a dishonest & unreliable business. He buys glass doors from stores like Home Depot and sells them as custom made.

I hired Elaine to paint my condo during renovation. Her recommendations were very helpful in selecting colours. Elaine is very organised, hard working and friendly. She is very professional and takes extra steps to achieve the best results. Her pricing was also reasonable. Thanks you very much Elaine. Shirin

I bought my kitchen appliances, range, over the range microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher from Tasco on Dufferin Street. Upon installation of the fridge we realized the air filter was missing, there were flaws on the door and microwave door was also crooked. Have been Calling Tasco customer service since November 2, 2015 several times. First time I was promised to get the air filter in 3 days, since then no one at customer service returns my calls and no air filter. very poor servi
