Asphalt driveway and interlock front walkway
Our driveway and front walkway were in terrible shape - uneven, cracked and unsafe. I called several companies from homestars, but when they found out I lived closer to downtown, they refused to even come and quote the job - despite saying that they worked in Toronto on the listing. 401 Paving was happy to come and give us a quote. Sam the owner is an engineer and took the time to explain his recommendations for our narrow driveway and 100 year old house. He knew what he was talking about, especially when it came to drainage and grading, which were two of our primary concerns. Sam and his team at 401 paving did an excellent job removing all the old concrete and asphalt, regrading and laying new asphalt and interlock. They arrived when they said they would and finished the job on time. The final job looks excellent and is much safer, which is very important given we have a new baby. Overall we were very happy with the work that was done and would highly recommend 401 Paving.
