I had 11 windows installed over the course of 2 years. Both times the representatives and installers were courteous and pleasant to deal with. They were always willing to answer questions and to help me stay within budget while not sacrificing the quality of work. Ruslan was informative and knowledgeable and our installer Victor was able to get the work done in a timely manner. Even with my kids pestering him with questions. It was a treat to deal with windows seal west. I would not hesitate to call them again if I ever need a new window.
