Yevhen was prompt, thorough, and communicative dealing with my repair, ensuring that I understood his assessment of what was going on with my washer and what options were available. He was completely up front with the costs for labour and parts. He is courteous and I felt confident that the work he did resolved the issue.

I was delighted with the service I received from Appliance Service Experts. Kevin is courteous, knowledgeable; an extremely competent repairman. He diagnosed the problem and discussed the possible solutions with me prior to undertaking the repairs. He then proceeded to correct the problems efficiently and ensured that all was working prior to finishing up. (He also paid attention to all items that were destined for the trash and left no mess whatsoever).
