Good communication by Rupert and was punctual. Price was good but there is a bit of up selling. No pressure as Rupert just informs you about the extra work but I would recommend staying with the lower packages. The higher ones range to about 500$. Rupert was very nice and friendly

The service guy was excellent. Fast and friendly. He also told me about some minor additionstuff that I should put it. He took care of everything and cleaned up after himself.
