My water main broke and so there was water damage as well as electrical problems from a ground that was connected to the water main. Belfour brought in an electrician who supposedly fixed this problem by regrounding the ground wire to the disposal site! That was not a solution and should never had been done! I needed to bring in another professional who knew what they were doing to fix this as well as arrange and repair the rest. I have continued to make contact with them, without response. Belfour never completed the job, charged my insurance and will not return my calls. When they were originally called in the person in charge, was negative and I heard was on call though had planned to go away for the weekend, and so was not happy to make this call. From learning this to experiencing the whole process...still incomplete. I would never use this company again.

Greg Martineau replaced one window, on-time and within price. They were efficient, clean and pleasant before, during and after. I've had no problems since. It is sometimes difficult getting someone good in to do a small job, however, I highly recommend this contractor. Kam Perkins
