The work was completed in 3.5 hours. Both installers were courtious and very helpful in explaining what would need to happen for the installation. The work required the installation of various pipes going from the furnace to outdoors and to the floor drain. This was done in a manner which did not impede my access to storage in the furnace room. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. The upgrade included the new furnace (including removal of the old furnace), installation, new thermostat and 10 years parts and labour.
