They did a beautiful job of cleaning the house and were friendly. They got to work the minute they walked in the door. Hand washing the floors and dusting the baseboards and door casings are a plus. They did miss one room which was obviously an oversight. You can tell where they have cleaned! Very efficient team work and they get along well so they bring no negative energy with them. I would recommend them.

Brian was recommended to me and I'm so glad. He did an amazing job with the tile surround. It was a very small job and he was able to get on it within days of being hired. He treated this job like he was tiling the Taj Mahal. The tiles had quite a variance in lines and colors and the fireplace was two sided. He took the time to place the tiles in such a way that each side looks dramatically different than the other. He was an artist in the way he approached the job and did not rush through anything. He made me feel like it was the most important job he had. Very satisfied.

I was replacing a standard FP with a log set and purchased a linear fireplace. Jody and Jason helped me out and were very knowledgeable. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell and were honest about what I needed and the choice I was making. The price was certainly less than any others I looked at. There was no site visit necessary and the installers had a lot of work ahead with widening the opening for the vent. It was clear they would not give up until it was done. My only concern was that the light kit was not working when they left. I purchased a remote control that solved that problem, but if I had not, I have no way of knowing if they would have been able to get it going. I'm confident that they would have resolved it though. The fireplace is beautiful and no surprises.
