Concrete is cracking 2 years later and they don’t show up when they say they will
So many issues, as polite as he is he is not responsive, says will show up and then doesnt, concrete has extensive cracks, weve been patiently waiting since May for someone to come by to look at it and tell us how to fix it before it gets worse!
We just installed a pool in our backyard and were referred to Lorion Electric to complete the electrical work and hook ups which required hooking up a panel outside, hooking up the pool equipment and lights to the panel, creating outdoor Gfci's for our outdoor kitchen and along our fence, and hard wiring our water decent, along with running cable through our finished basement. Dan and his crew were extremely professional, clean, knowledgable and timely with all their work! We (the home owners), were always involved in every step of the way to ensure we were on board with the plan and any questions/concerns we had were welcomed, addressed and clarified to us so we could understand. Other options of work were explored and work wasnt done until we were all on board. Lorion Electric was extremely clean and did not leave any mess. The installation looks very professional and they took their time ensuring it was done correctly. They didnt rush and their final product shows. Fence, gate and shed installation
There's a way things look when you do it yourself and there's a way things look when you have a professional do it. We hired Grant to do our complete privacy style fence and gate, and were blown away from the quality of detail he put into everything. From making sure all the caps were cut, to the precision cutting he made to make sure all spaces were filled, to the creativity and uniqueness of the gates Grant designed and installed to maximize space and function is something I've never seen before. Grant is fast, accurate, and extremely creative to make every project he does one of a kind. He finished the project in 2 days and even came up with an amazing inlay for our gate door! Grant also built our Lifetime shed in the backyard and in a matter of hours it was up! Thank you so much Grant for all your hard work and workmanship on making our backyard be exactly what we were looking for! We will be continuing to use your services for the next project! Don't do things yourself, get Grant to do them. I promise you they will look 100x better!
