Sean from Fontile, came to our house, brought samples we selected the ones that would suit the place, he ordered them, had them delivered. was very helpful through the entire tiling time, and came to see the work finished to make sure that everything is looking great.

i would not recommend them to anybody. the work was subcontracted and so much information was lost along way. this affected the work carried out in our home. i found the sales person very difficult to communicate with and very condescending. he came to the site to try resolve the problems and could not identify the correct wiring. i am not going to use them to install the full security system. i never want to deal with them again.

i purchsed james hardy colour plus siding from northern building supply. terry helped to find the right product, available in the lower mainland and deliver it to my jobsite on time. the contractor had not been able to find the product. i really loved the service, curteous and quick. terry made an extra effort to find the colour i wanted and made sure that i was given a very good price - much less than other quotes for the same product.

trying to coose tile is enough to make anyone crazy. i wish i had never gone out to look for tiles as it is very time consuming. sean from fontile came to my house, looked around and a couple of days later he came back with design sketches and samples. i really liked his suggestions and made only a few minor changes. the laundry rooms and bathrooms are installed now and i am happy with the way they look. i am mostly happy that i don't have to do anything and that sean provided such good service.

suzanne at counterpoint helped me to design the kitchens, chose materials, finishing, interiors and even countertops. i changed my mind so many times and she was very patient. i feel very responsible to make good descisions as the other half of our duplex has been desined by myself to be sold. the first kitchen is in and looks fantastic. the interiors are very well crafted with quality wood and the joinery is built to last. i would use counterpoint anytime and recommend them to anyone.

wayne is doing all of the woodworking and everything that no one else will do on our new build. he always on time and finishes the job. he has a very good attitude and works hard to make sure that we are satisfied with his work. he has installed our kitchen cabinets and has done a great job.

the sales person at marvin is very nice and attentive. he really took the time to find standard sized windows that would work in our home. ordering standard sizes saves money. he made sure that the order was in on time so that they would be delivered at the right time for our build. we had a hard time with the installation. the people from marvin came to our jobsite to consult with the installers and make sure that the windows went in right. we love our windows and would never go with anybody else.

sasha at benjamin moore helped me pick all of the colours for my new home. she also helped me pick stains for the woodwork. she brought samples of stain and stained pieces of wood so that we could pick to best one. she made quite an effort to help me find the right options. i am looking forward to seeing all of the house painted. she tried to figure out what i am looking for and tried to understand what style i like and not just recommending the latest trends.
