Moved from Townhouse to Bungalow
Joe was recommended to me by a friend. She only uses Joe for her moves, so I had previous experience with Joe. He is fast, efficient and gentle. He gets in and out no time for horsing around, just gets the job done. Had me moved in under 4 hours. Thanks Joe I'm not planning on anytime soon, but if I do I will be calling you again.
Laid ceramic tiles in bathroom and kitchen
All the problems were in the bathroom. They had to take out the toilet to lay the tiles. Started the job at 9am at 10pm I was getting my dog to put her to bed and I noticed water running down the wall. They forgot to turn the shut off valve off completely and flooded my basement. Didn't offer to compensate or help with the clean up. Basement was wet for a week. Then they were using the plug in the bathroom and blew that up started a fire. Didn't offer to pay for the repair or clean it up. Now, I'm finding cracked tiles in my kitchen.
