I have been trying to by parts for my Pacific Spa hot tub for the past 6 months and cannot get a response from both Pacific Spa or Sunny Beach Pools. (both appear to be the same company now) Darcy, who was mentioned on an earlier review is no longer with the company. I have called the company and been asked to send the request for parts by email. I have emailed numerous times and only received one email back to ask if I was a previous customer. After my response no one has responded to my replies since. I have been patient and professional in all of my emails so I do not understand how this company can be this discourteous and inconsiderate. I would not recommend anyone use this company.
