Blown away by effectiveness and proffesionalism! So much done, explained not only verbally but with detailed photos of every issue found. Received huge (!) comrehensive report in pdf, plus homeowners manual and guide to future maintenance. We're literally jealous our first house bought several years ago was not inspected in the same manner.

2 jobs done exceptionally well! 1) Clogged kitchen sink - the problem identified and sorted out. Clean, professional work. Very satisfied. Will call again for any future repairs. 2) One of our outdoor drains required cleaning, and in addition it was challenging to access it. Again, the service we received was exceptional, everything cleaned, scrubbed and taken care of with great professionalism. Happy & impressed with their efficiency, professionalism and, yes, also fast response.
