I paid for the service, but realized I missed the spring service applications. When I enquired they said they would credit me on next year's renewal; I said what if I don't want to renew. They spoke to the manager and refunded me the credit that was going to be applied next year. Call instead of purchasing this service online

I saw the negative reviews but wondered why so I contacted Elite Granite and Marble and met J.P. the co-owner and installer. I spoke with him about the counter my wife and I wanted and I mentioned the negative reviews on this site and the mixed reviews on another site. After speaking with him and hearing his explanations, I learned to not jump to conclussions and to ask questions. The quote J.P provided was the same as other companies, but there was one difference; the other companies said our counter would need to have a seam. J.P said he could make our quartz counter without a seam and he did it. Once my wife and I decided to go ahead J.P had it installed in 4 days from the time we gave him a deposit. The price was competitive, workmanship was great, and my wife loves her new counter. Thanks J.P and Elite Granite and Marble
