I got the 360 duct cleaning coupon from living social deals. I thought its a reputed company and i don't need to be present, so left it to my family. They scared my wife that some a/c coil has to be fixed, else it is very dangerous and quoted 300$. It sounded fishy to my wife and she said no need to fix it. They screwed some wiring to scare us and mentioned that they will not start the furnace and we have to start it at our own risk and left the place. Later when i am back home and tried to start the furnace it never started. I have been calling them for the last 4 days and nobody picks up phone. Finally i got a service person through a friends reference and that person fixed it. He mentioned that they intentionally screwed up some wiring. **Looks like this is a s**m they use to make easy money**. On top of this they broke the railing of my basement stairs and not even bothered to apologize or fix it Please be careful if any of you planning to get services from 360 duct company
