The Wongs in Hamilton

Steve Hackenberg from Hackenberg Windows and Doors has looked after our Window and Door needs. He knew we were on a tight budget and he never tried to sell us on more expensive products. My children have broken 2 of the windows, 1 had a hole and crack from rocks being thrown and another was cranked open while locked and cracked the whole window. He came rather quickly and replaced them free. It was our Children's fault , so I was fully expecting to pay a lot , because when your repairing something, you usually might as well buy a new one of what ever it is. Again, he knew we were tight on money and helped us out. We have had him back to replace other windows and 2 doors. Great Experience !! Would recommend this company to anyone !!

I received great service and price. Jobs looked great.16 years later it all still looks fabulous! I had a small issue and he returned call and dealt with it promptly even years after work was done, for free . What kind of person /business would do that ? First I've ever run into. Bill and his son bent over backwards . Bill and all Employees were very polite respectful, on time. He came highly recommended from numerous people who all said he was a stand up man and really cares about his customers and the work he puts out. It's too bad he retired ! His son took over and looks after me still.
