I phoned the company's hour phone number at about 9:30 pm on December 23rd & Dimitri answered my call right away. (My furnace had quit working so I shut it off & it had subsequently restarted) I set up a service appointment with Dimitri the following day. He thoroughly checked all of the furnace components - motors, gas valve, mother board etc. but was unable to determine the source of the problem. Dimitri answered all of my questions in great detail & he will return at no additional cost if I encounter the same problem again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with others. If I may add a few minor details to shed more light on your situation, the furnace was operational upon our scheduled arrival. After thorough diagnostics and by restarting the furnace 5 times, we were unable to locate the problem as all furnace components were operational and showed no signs of failure or wear. We will return at no additional cost (service call charge 75$), in order to locate the the elusive culprit.
