Ordered 3 casement windows. Follow up was quick and the phone always answered almost immediately. It took 4 months from order to install but its understandable for the current situation we are all in. The installation was done by a pleasant person who took his time to do a neat job. Windows look great just as we had ordered. I will use them in the future for my basement windows that need replacing.

After meeting with Mimo we decided on Forever Stone Design. The job was a driveway for about 6 cars, a courtyard, two sides of the house and an area at the back. Mimo and his crew were all very skilled craftsmen. They created a solid base and sloped the grading to drain away the rainwater. One area on the side of the house was very difficult and tricky as the concrete curbs had to be cut, besides we wanted the downspouts disconnected from city services and go into pipes which were to be buried and discharge into the backyard. I left it in Mimo’s hands. His skills really shone here and he came up with a solution that looked AMAZING. Thanks Mimo ... also Gaitano and Ali, my house looks awesome because of you'll. I needed to replace some spalding and flaking bricks and some brick window sills with precast concrete as they don't deteriorate like brick. Steve did an excellent job. It is obvious he has many years of experience in the area of masonry. He can also provide good recommendations on how to proceed. He is also reliable. If you hire Steve you will not regret it. Just wanted to comment on the two guys who did the garage floor ( their names don't come to mind ) They were very professional and at the same time friendly. They focussed on their work and had all the tools and equipment that was required. Looking at them work, I could tell they were well experienced and not learning on the job. They communicated what they were doing and I am very pleased the way the job was done and the look of the floor. It is going to be the envy of my friends and neighbours and will not hesitate to refer them to your company. Please pass this on the appropriate department. Big thanks to the crew ....

Quote was reasonable and work would be done in a couple of days. Mike and Mark arrived at the appointed time and began work. The rolled out a carpet to protect the floor. They removed the hot water tank and installed the new one in a couple of hours. They also had to change the black vent pipes to new code white pipes. They knew what they were doing and proceeded in a very professional manner. We asked questions about the new tank and they were able to answer all of them. Great service.

Crew arrived early on the date appointed....7:30 shingles dropped off ..... and by 9am the rest of the crew arrived and started work. Everything was communicated. Tom is very knowledgeable and will not sell you unnecessary services. Being a Certified Installer for the shingles they use gives the warranty against manufactures defects a bit more bite. His crew are responsible, courteous and clean up as much as possible after the job. They even covered the neighbours Florida room glass with sheets of plywood. Prices are reasonable and would definitely recommend his services.

I was contacted by Thomas. He arrived at the time expected. He was very polite, professional, and knew his trade. He cleaned the place of work after completion and helped me install the app on my cell phone to access the thermostat. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Had a small leak manifesting in damp hardwood floor in a spot. and we also had a few shingles fixed after gust of wind in the fall last year. I called Mr Roof Repair and they looked after both problems and documented with photographs. They also fixed some caucking that was coming off. They recommended all the upgrades I should do for the roof to be in ideal condition. The service was timely, honest, with knowledgable techs. and everything was in writing.

Dan and his team were on time each day and very pleasant to deal with. They explained what they were doing and kept us in the loop thru' the process. No surprises of any sort. They knew what they were doing and the work was also very neat with all components labelled. Passed inspection without any changes. Finally they even cleared out the Generator packaging. Had 9 windows replaced last year and the service and price was so good that I got another 5 windows replaced this year. Illya took the order and Serge did the install. Could have not asked for a better installer. Although the window manufacturer made some mistakes, Serge followed up and fixed the problem. I would hire them again without any hesitation.

Everything went smooth with this company.... The measurement and installation was done by professionals who were honest, respectful and technically skilled. They did what they said they were going to do, in the best way possible. They disposed off the old countertop and cleaned up the mess as much as possible.
