Rick was excellent. Friendly, informative, answered all my questions. I had another company a month before totally unsatisfied. Took days to dry and sticky residue. MacEachern's was fast and very through, even on the verticals part of stairs and under closet doors. They use a really strong vacuum/ extraction system. It’s been an hour and a half and already drying nicely and no residue! Instead of dragging the hose from the van through the entire house to the third floor Rick carried the hose ( very clean) to the house and then took it down to the front door and the brought the outside hose to the door. The other company dragged the hose from the van across the driveway and into the house. MacEachern's was excellent, very affordable, excellent service. I am very very pleased.
