We have ordered from Structube three times over the past few years. Last order took about five weeks before delivery, but we were told it would take about 6 weeks. so we got it early. The beds in particular are well made and very solid (wooden ones). End tables are pretty well made as well. Paintings were very inexpensive and arrived in good condition. Delivery was not a problem. They called and confirmed the delivery date. Guys brought packages into the right rooms - gave them a tip for assistance. Last order was ten boxes. In last order, one box was damaged - and pretty badly, though there was no visible damage to the outside of the box. After calling, company requested we send pictures of damage. They investigated and got back to us by Monday saying they would get us another one from warehouse. The manager from the North York store dropped it off himself and problem solved. I was happy with how the company handed the issue. Surprised by so many negative reviews, which does give me caution. However, we have had nothing but good experiences. For the negative reviews here, happy to see the company is addressing each one. One comment, not sure if this is true, but one reviewer says the company requires ID over email to confirm identity. Never send any ID or personal information over email unless you'd on't mind it being intercepted. Email is insecure, and can be intercepted before it is received by the company.

We are new to this house and a sprinkler system. We used Mike’s services to close the system in the fall, and we used him to help us this spring as not all sprinklers were working properly, to fix a leak, and to extend a zone coverage. On Mike’s first visit, he assessed the system. Some of the heads were not dropping properly so I opted to replace a few of them as the system was old. He arranged to perform the work two days later. Scope of work 1. Replace two heads. 2. Extend one line 10 feet, and add another head. 3. Fix leak, which involved replacing some pipe. Mike was onetime and courteous. I had to leave for work before the work was completed. When I got home, I could not initially tell where he had cut the grass as he had put everything back in very good order (see attached picture). All work was completed to my satisfaction with cleanup exceeding my expectations. Thank you Mike for the quality of work and value. Please reach out to us in the fall to close down the system.

Purchased a house and needed the locks rekeyed. This is a cheaper option than replacing the locks. Their charge was $20 if I brought it in, $110 for local service. I had a busy day so I choose local service. He arrive right on time - to the minute. The work was done well. He was clean and courteous - nothing to clean up. He also went the extra mile. I had a sticking door latch. He did some magic and it works well now. I appreciate doing the work as requested, and going to extra mile to fix the sticking latch at no extra charge. Thanks guys! Much appreciated.

This is the second time we have used Yaping Roofing. Ben came recommended. He had proof of insurance and was WSIB. I like to save money, but not at the expense of sacrificing quality. House size - ~2600 sqft He started on time at 8:30 and finished by 2:30. He had eight people on the job. Right away, he had tarp down around the house. After the job was done, there was no sign of garbage around. Very good at clean up. He inspected the roof, but we did not need to replace any 4x8 sheets - normal cost of $50 per. He disposed of existing shingles, provided ice and water protector to the first three feet around. I know some do the entire roof, but from what I hear, this is not critical so I did not opt to pay extra for 100% coverage. He installed new roof vents, sealed roof flashing, added new plumbing stack covers. Over all I am very happy with his job. The last job we had the same results. No issues - we only lived there 1.5 years before moving. Ben was courteous and professional. He can be contacted by cell and text. I found texting better as he is working on the roof himself during the day. Most communication happened in the evening. Highly recommended.

Connected Ryan using the word of mouth system. Ryan was prompt, polite and respectful of our home - cleaning up after himself. I had the Surge suppressor and needed him to install. He ran the two electrical drops and also installed a new breaker, added the sockets and fixed to the wall. Very happy with the customer service.

The driveway had receded by as much as four inches. It was also in need of sealing. I contacted Asphalt Care. I booked an appointment with Daniel. He was passionate about the work they do and the quality. I am not an expert on roads or driveway paving, but from what I saw, the work, and materials were in line with what I saw used in paving roads. The asphalt used to repair is not the cheap stuff bought at the local hardware store, but actually asphalt. They spent just over two hours to do the repair and it is clear the quality is there. While more expensive than others, the results are also better. They told me I should not have to have the driveway sealed for two to three years. As others have said, they are respectful and polite. Thanks for the effort guys!

We have used Action Heating for three years. We have used them for the following: Furnace Inspection AC Inspection Ac Service I am very happy with the service Josh has provided. One time the AC went out when it was very hot. I told him that we have a 1 year old and they were there that afternoon and had it fixed. We have always had honest answers. I know this because the answers could have always led to more costs, but did not. He only recommends what is needed, and nothing more. We perform a furnace and AC inspection every two years to reduce the risk of an issue. He discovered a motor issue, which may or may not last a year. I asked if it went out how long it would take to fix. He said next morning. The parts are easy to get. Superior Customer Service always rendered.

Spoke to the owner a month before taking possession of our house. Andy is the type of owner that tries to fit the right solution to us based on what we needed. We booked a month ahead and he should up on schedule. We agreed on the system, which was cheaper that what we were using before and still quite a bit cheaper than a competitor. What was important was that Andy was local and could service the equipment. Installation went well. Installer should up in the window, was courteous, did not make a mess and explained everything well. We opted to have the external water system excluded from the water softener system. No sense in wasting salt on the grass or washing the car. This added no more than $100 and well worth it The installer did forget to switch the hot water back, but a quick call and they guided me through it. Had I been more familiar with the system, I could have figured it out myself ;) Thanks for the superior customer service.
