Old West was great from start to finish. Right from when Rick first came to our house to do the quote, through installation and payment, the service was exceptional at every stage. We had two poorly done bay window assemblies totally redone by Old West and the new windows look great! They also did new doors and two other sets of windows. I would highly recommend Old West to anyone in Calgary in the market for new windows or doors!

Peter is the consummate professional, and his team were amazing! We hired MoldPro to remove an asbestos-tainted stipple ceiling and asbestos-backed tile flooring. Upstairs, where we wanted to preserve the drywall underneath the stipple, the guys were so gentle that when we went to paint, we only had to do minor touchups: the ceilings look perfect now, you'd never guess what the used to look like! Peter was on-time, on-budget and highly responsive via email or text every day. Highly recommended for an asbestos removal!

Ky was absolutely amazing from start to finish in refinishing the hardwood floors in our 1960s bungalow! Thoroughly professional, and a total champion of high quality work. Our new floors look beautiful, and we get compliments on them constantly. Ky works by himself, and so you know you're dealing directly with the person working on your floors. There was some damage to a few boards near our front door, and he fixed the spot so well, you'd never know! He was on-time, on-budget and very engaged throughout the entire process. Very, very highly recommended!
