Called John this morning, and then emailed him specs to an entry lockset that I had custom ordered from the US. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, arrived within the hour and fixed the issue in about 10 mins. Thanks John!

Over the past two years I had met with 6 window companies, many suggesting that what I wanted (i.e. saving an original stained glass section) was too difficult or not worthwile, and therefore I continued my search to find a company I could trust with the project that required a great level of care and attention to detail. Michael (salesperson) was excellent to deal with in every aspect. Very quick to respond to my queries or changes, and working through many unique obstacles to get the look we wanted. In the end, we are nothing short of thrilled. The installers Eugene and Vlad had everything finished in 2 days and cleaned up. This included custom bullnose sills, custom casing and corner rossettes, and maple plywood jigged to cover areas above the half circle windows, replicating the original interior design we hoped to acheive. We had all the front windows replaced along with the transom above the door. We also had one large window replaced in the back of the house, a glass insert put in the front steel door, with new hardware and magnetic weatherstripping. The windows were custom colour matched on the exterior. We've already recommended them to three neighbors who asked about our experience, and would continue to. Thank you Ambia!

Vlad and his team at GTA Landscaping came highly recommended by Delta Decks and we were very happy with all phases of the project - installing a 100 sqft stone pad. He was able to fit us into our very tight schedule, prepared and completed the project in less than two days with impeccable results. They were all very polite and cleaned up. Great service, fair price. Was also able to hold my order for over 2 months while I had reno's going on. Lots of compliments on the cedar storage shed for my garbage/recycling bins. With little or no access to back yards in parts of the city, this offers a clean way to keep these in the front of the house and out of the elements. Thanks Zion!

Zenic was able accomodate a my tight schedule, and what was comparably a small job of bring my cathedral attic space up to R50. Fellas got the job done very quickly, cleanly, and on time. Thanks again for the quick turnaround and excellent work!

Steve's impressive reputation was put to the test again with a number of challenges on our yard. 1) A fence to jump to discard of the wood 2) A gang of 5 angry squirrels 3) Being rained out halfway through the job - but making it back the VERY next day 4) Last but not least, dealing with my neighbour; who talents aside from accumulating my discarded scrap wood and broken lawnmowers - are that of peppering work crews with questions and complaints that generally have no footing - no small feat for Steve to handle some of these 40' in the air!
