Vitaly came over in the timeframe promised, and addressed the issue I had with my Kitchen Aid dishwasher. He ran it and all was good, so I paid and left. Later that evening I ran it again and unfortunately the problem reoccurred. Do I called and Vitaly returned. After going through everything a second time he asked me what soap I used, and I confirmed that it was same stuff I had used the day before. He then told that it was in fact the low quality dishwasher soap that I had used that was creating too much foam and causing trouble with the sensors, leading the machine to leak and shut down. He knew exactly how the machine worked and diagnosed it correctly. When I asked how much for the second visit he refused payment, even though it wasnt really his fault. I came him a bottle of wine. Great guy. Very pleased.

Our experience with Eco Choice was excellent. They are a professional and attentive company. Gabriel the sales person did an excellent job of explaining our options. He knows the products he sells well, and I felt confident he had our best interests in mind. Even though there were a couple of small mistakes made during the installation, Eco Choice corrected them right away. We bought about 8 new windows from Eco-choice and are really happy with the products and with the service.
