I give Burnaby Blacktop 5 stars only because that's the highest number of stars I can give. From the day I contacted Chris for a quote to the day of job completion, I think Chris handled the whole process great . He's is a super nice guy, concerned with job quality and customer satisfaction. But here is what makes them super great: The day after the job was done, Chris called me to tell me that unfortunately the job cost a lot more than the quote they gave me. However , they would still stick with their quote. I believe that because there were some complications. I think when a company will honour what they say despite finding out later that they did not make a profit is a company YOU CAN TRUST !!! From now on, I am recommending Burnaby Blacktop to EVERYBODY ! YOU KNOW THEY WILL STICK WITH WHAT THEY TOLD YOU !!! BRAVO BURNABY BLACKTOP !!

Trina was a great home inspector ! She was extremely thorough in checking every nook and cranny in the house but also able to zero in on the big important areas where an owner would neglect, such as the roof, the stucco siding, the attic/ crawl space, etc. She gave us a great walk around of the house and pointed out all the issues we needed to know. The inspection was over 4 hours and she worked very hard. We felt very confident about the report, which was very detailed. We highly recommend this company.
