Frank is professional and prompt in getting the project completed. Well connected with highly skilled trades to ensure all details and final touches are perfect. While doing the reno, he noticed that the original builder did not use the correct fire resistant material around fireplace. He brought that to our attention and changed out the faulty material for the proper stuff. Such peace of mind is priceless. It was tempting to get him to do additional inspection.... Definitely recommend!
