At every stage Sam and his team were professional and lovely to deal with, I'm very happy with the final product, the price was fair with no nickel-and-diming, and Sam stood by his estimate. Sam came to give a quote very quickly, completed the project quickly, was patient with my questions throughout, and was accommodating as decisions were made along the way. I decided to have about 750 square feet of asbestos tiles in my basement removed. I got three quotes, Robert's was the best, and from talking to him, it was clear that he was offering the identical level of service as the other two. When David came out to inspect the site, he was courteous, professional, answered my questions patiently, and just generally gave me confidence in the Templar Team. This faith was proven correct when they came soon after to complete the job. They came when scheduled, did the work efficiently (finishing basically in 1 day instead of 2), didn't nickel and dime me (the final price was exactly what we had agreed on in our first phone conversation), and cleaned up after themselves. My husband called Scott about fixing a section of our eavestrough and rerouting a downspout. Scott was pleasant on the phone, and when he came (on time) a few days later to quote on the project, we hired him on the spot and he got right down to work. We used Extreme Comfort to connect our new BBQ to our natural gas line. The price was very reasonable and they were able to come the same day. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Fred was friendly and helpful and we would definitely use them again.

We hired Traian to assemble and install our Ikea kitchen cabinets and countertop. Most of the design was already set, but he made a few suggestions, all of which we acted on and all of which improved our kitchen. He worked efficiently and with great attention to detail and it shows in the results - everything lines up perfectly, even where the walls don't! The project was on time and on budget, and both the time and the budget were exceptionally reasonable/better than reasonable (the whole thing only took a few days and the price was less than half of the other quote we received). In addition, we purchased under-cabinet LED lighting directly from Traian (his price was much better than the big box stores) and love what it adds to our kitchen. We were very, very pleased with Traian's work and can say, 7 months later, that it has held up very well.

After reading the reviews here, I decided to hire Brent to inspect the house my husband and I just bought (conditioned on inspection). I was nervous going in, as friends had told me from their own experience that "inspections are a waste of money - the inspector just glances at things and hedges every opinion". Well, clearly they didn't have Brent as their inspector because he was thorough, my husband and I learned about our home, and we can say only good things about the experience. He returned my call promptly, arranged to come by the next day (very short notice), arrived early and got straight to work, sat down and explained things patiently to us when he was finished, answered our questions throughout with good humor, and uploaded pictures from the inspection that same day so we could have access to them right away. In addition, when I emailed him follow-up questions, he replied quickly and responsively. And all this at a competitive price. We're very satisfied customers and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
