Two guys came in with their vacuum - they were friendly, however are not trained or equipped to do the cleaning. They simple have this none powerful vacuum. They also cleaned my dryer vent, but pulled the water hose inadvertently. I didn't realize that water was leaking until they left for a few hours. Water leaked onto our basement. They also upsold us to clean the heat exchange - definitely not worth it. Avoid like a plague.
