I had 11 windows to replace in my home. I had replaced 5 last year with another company and was unhappy with them so wanted to use someone new. Olga came and did the quote and showed us the product. We were impressed. The windows arrived earlier than expected so we had them installed end of March during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The installers wore masks and were very careful to keep their distance. I appreciated that. The lead installer was very good at asking me questions and getting my opinion on how to deal with the challenges my lop-sided house presented (I am on a slop two ways). The final result looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend these guys.

We had some big holes patched after replacing the poly b pipes in the house. This meant getting the rest of the popcorn on the main floor removed and updating the ceilings to a knockdown. Shane impressed me from the start and his quote was very reasonable. The job took 4 days, with him needing to do some coming and going. My house is a challenging one to work on and this is a challenging time to do anything, but I am happy with the final result. The house looks so refreshed.

We decided to bite the bullet and replace the poly B pipes in our home. I contacted Lonestar after reading several great reviews online. Peter was quick to get back to me and set up an estimate. He was easy to talk to and work with. I was happy with the estimate and they where able to fit me in the very next week. The guys who came to do the work where polite and seemed to work hard and efficiently. I was happy that they where able to wrap things up at the end of each day so the mess was limited and the water was back on for the evening. They finished faster than I expected and I am so relived to know that the pipes in my house are not "ticking time bombs" for leaks. They also installed new water lines, shut off valves and hose bibs. We had one small issue with the water line for one of the toilets leaking after being replaced. They were quick to send someone to fix the issue.

We had a toilet leaking at the base. I contacted Travis as I had used him before to install a DWHR in the house last year and was very happy with the work he did. He recognised that our slate tile floor meant we needed an extra thick seal rather then the standard which was used when the toilet was first installed (a couple years ago...by us... oops). He replaced the cheap plastic bolts with brass , insured the toilet was properly level and applied silicone around the base to cover the gaps caused by the slate. So happy we decided to bring in a professional for this! The total cost came to less than I expected and was done properly and efficiently. He was also very good at explaining what he was doing and why it was necessary.
