There were 6 companies who provided a quote for this job. Fluid Emerald was not the cheapest but their quote was the most detailed, enthusiastic and very competitive with the other quotes. They willingly began early on each day and worked over several weekends, to finish this job. They kept the job site clean, and safe from floor trip hazards and debris. I am very familiar with the task of installing tile but we were busy with a large renovation and had to subcontract the floor and wall tile installation. I observed a level of professionalism and attention to detail, exhibited by every Fluid Emerald associate, to be exemplary. The floors are consistently level with no raised corners and all grout lines are nice and sharp. Fluid Emerald promptly and without hassle, returned to the job site on two occasions to remedy some minor issues and even went above and beyond by sharing the benefit of their extensive flooring experience, to remedy a minor problem with a complete different floor outside of their scope of work. In our view, they have established a new benchmark that other contractors and service providers should follow.
