We called Williams to provide our annual servicing on our furnace and hot water heater. The price they quoted was very competitive even before they indicated that if I we were able to wait a couple of days they had a special on for October. We booked the service for a Monday but due to a large early October snowstorm they had a number of emergency "no heat" calls. Williams called to ask if they could reschedule but understood if we could not. We were able to reschedule for a couple of days later. When Williams did come at their scheduled time, Jacob, the technician, was polite, professional, knowledgeable and answered all of the questions we had on the furnace and water heater and gave us advice on how to extend the life of both. We have nothing but the best to say about the service we received from Williams HVAC. Professional, honest and great value. Customer service second to none. We will recommend Williams at any opportunity.
