MAYTAG refrigerator (Issue: low temperature in cooler)
Dvir, a technician from Electra Fix visited on time and identified the problem of my refrigerator (11 year-old), promptly. He also explained the reasons for this issue clearly to me. Then he started solving the problem. I thought it was a limit switch problem, but it wasn't. ICE was blocking the air way from Freezer to cooler side. Dvir knows clearly about my refrigerator as soon as he saw it. This company office is located in Coquitlam, but the technician lives in a local area. (North Vancouver) He also cleaned the mass after the job was done. Friendly, Kind, and most importantly I felt he was so knowledgeable on our fridge. A man like me always tried to find the solution from Youtube, but I am glad that I did not follow the solutions that Youtuber suggested. And Dvir also said, I could contact the office if the same issue occurs within 3 months. And he also said, he won't be charging any labour fees.
