My family and I use Burglar Stop for our businesses and home. Lately we have been having issues with our store alarm going off constantly throughout the day. When I contacted Burglar Stop they told me there is nothing they can do about my problem and that I need to check the phone line. The problem is not with the phone line it is with their alarm system, I have called numerous times about this issue and have yet to receive any assistance on their end. Their service has really gone down hill lately....perhaps they are under new management. I will be calling today to cancel all of our contracts and will be starting fresh with a new company. Update- Thank you Rick for fixing the problems with our alarms. I hope we will be doing business for a very long time

Hello Marlene, I am very concerned with this review. Marlene there is been no change in management of Burglar Stop and I have owned the company for 30 years.
