I totally agree with the statement, Fiberama is quick on selling but extremely lacking in customer service. Once they have your money they basically ignore all your calls and provide you with fake appointments to rectify installtion errors. Dont bother doing business with them, they will not only rip you off they will do a poor installation job. Robin is not very helpful, she pretends to be the one running the show but its tough when she hasnt a clue on whats going on in the business. DONT use Fiberama!
