I had a leak in my shower wall and called Water Works based on the online reviews. Michael came to assess the situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and very informative when explaining the situation and possible solutions. His pricing was very transparent, no hidden costs. As well he is a very nice person with great communication skills. It was a relief to have the problem solved. He was the best plumber I have ever dealt with. Can’t say enough good things about he experience. Definitely will use him again when I need a plumber.

I had a large Wasp nest inside the soffits by the front door. They arrived promptly and were done spraying in less than 20 min. Within hours there were no more Wasps coming and going from the nest, and none since. Great service, courteous, and very reasonable price.

Angelo is a man of his word. He stuck to his timetable and completed the work on time. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was fantastic. I would use him the next time I have a landscaping project. He and his staff are very professional and courteous. Too bad more contractors aren't like him.
